On July 4th, 2018, my son, Taylor, drowned in a swimming pool. It was not a diving accident, or any sort of stroke, head trauma, etc. The Doctor’s do not have an explanation as to why he drowned, perhaps a seizure, but we will never know for sure. He was 18 years old at the time. He was without oxygen for 13+ minutes. His friends and EMT saved his life but he was on life support. He had significant brain damage. His story is miraculous. This is the real life account of Taylor’s progress, daily, since the incident occurred.
Below is a video recapping the first 1.5 months of Taylor’s Journey. Below that is a link to our family’s Facebook messages, daily, about Taylor’s Journey. Below that video… and fast forward about 8 months… is a recount from Taylor, in his own words… about his journey and his charge to help others!
